Ⅴ.Turning off machine
After spraying, revolve pressure valve
in counter-clockwise, loosen handle of prime
valve, then shut the motor after the
pressure gauge shows “0”. |

Ⅵ.Cleaning, maintenance and storage
1) After spraying, clean machine to avoid indurations and
block-up. .
2) Clean gun Filter after machine is used for some time.
Discharge hose connector and hook plate,
screw out gun handle, take out filter pistil
and clean it, then fix them back. Change a
new filter pistil when it is damaged. Wash
the machine with relevant solvents for
different paints. |

3)
During spraying, check and clean
suction-filter in time when paint blocks up.
Usually clean it once after each use.
4) To check timely if fixed parts are loosened and sealed
parts have any leakage.
5) Usually after three months’ usage of the machine, open
pump cover and check if hydraulic oil is
clean and enough. Add hydraulic oil when
it’s in short; change hydraulic oil if it
isn’t clean. Clean oil-case of pump with
diesel oil before changing hydraulic oil,
and then add hydraulic oil to 85% of
oil-case capacity.
6) If you use this machine the second day, It is not
necessary to clean it, dip the suction hose
and tip into paint. For long storage,
discharge the liquid in the machine, pack it
well, store in dry and well-ventilated
place, and don’t be pressed by any articles. |
